The Administrative Services Division (Division)
provides fiscal and administrative support to the Department of Administration divisions,
as well as a variety of other state agencies, offices, boards and

The Division’s mission
is to provide efficient, cost-effective services to state agencies. Services
include internal service rate setting; financial reporting; budgeting; accounts
payable; accounts receivable / revenue collection; timesheet and payroll; contract
facilitation; purchase order administration; and management analysis. The Division is organized into five
functional areas of service: Procurement, Accounting, Budget, Pay Clerk, and Rate
Support.
