The Administrative Services Division (Division)
provides fiscal and administrative support to the Department of Administration divisions,
as well as a variety of other state agencies, offices, boards and
commissions. Client agencies include:

Finance Office (which includes the Budget Division and Internal Audits
Division)

of Energy

of Science, Innovation and Technology
- Nuclear
Projects
- Lieutenant
Governor’s Office
- Nevada Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training

- Civil Air Patrol
The Division’s mission
is to provide efficient, cost-effective services to state agencies. Services
include internal service rate setting; financial reporting; budgeting; accounts
payable; accounts receivable / revenue collection; timesheet and payroll; contract
administration; purchase order administration; and management analysis. The Division is organized into five
functional areas of service: Contracts, Accounting, Budget, Training and Rate
Support. Payroll Services are provided
under the Accounting section.
The Administrative Services Division seeks to
provide collaborative organizational assistance to support each client agency’s
unique mission.
